Dextro Hotel San Diego is a refreshed and rebranded hotel experience in the heart of San Diego. Formerly Four Points by Sheraton San Diego, we’ve modernized our spaces, amenities, and service offerings to better serve today’s traveler while preserving the charm and comfort our guests have always enjoyed.

We are conveniently located in central San Diego, just minutes from the airport, downtown, Balboa Park, and top local attractions. Address: 1617 First Ave. San Diego, CA 92101

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

IS EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT AVAILABLE?

Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

You can modify or cancel your reservation by contacting our reservations team directly or through the platform you used to book. Please review our cancellation policy at the time of booking for specific terms.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP BOOKINGS OR EVENT RATES?

IS THERE A SMOKING POLICY?
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our property maintains a strict no smoking policy. Smoking of any kind—including the use of electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, or similar products is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, balconies, and indoor public areas.

A cleaning fee will be applied to any guest room where smoking or vaping has occurred to cover the cost of restoring the room to a smoke-free condition.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, we offer on-site self-parking for an additional daily rate of $35.00. Valet service is not available.

At this time, only service animals are permitted. Please contact us in advance if you have specific needs.

Yes, we offer ADA-compliant rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

IS AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE?

Shuttle service is not currently available. However, our front desk team can assist with arranging taxis or rideshare services.
